Cancellation requests will be accepted strictly within 24 hours of placing the order only.
- Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Our Furniture, Mirrors and Fragile items made of Glass, Marble and stone are not eligible for return.

- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, original packing, the product in original condition and the reason for return.
- In certain cases shipping cost for return courier and forward courier will be deducted e.g. reason such as “Did not like the product/ Style” or “Does not go with my Décor”.
- In case the product is received damaged, refund or replacement can be provided. We will need the Product opening video and images. The refund or replacement will not be approved in absence of the video and images.
- Please do not accept the package if shipping box is damaged, mention it on the courier slip.
